Business Development Executive

If you are "people person", we want you. Adro a high tech advertising company is looking for a business development executive.

Your priority as business developer is to assist our company acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. A key part of your role is to identify opportunities for products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales for the company.

You also should present to and consult with mid- and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels. You are responsible for meeting revenue goals, building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing business deals, making presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict our clients' future needs. As BD you will be balancing multiple projects, multiple targets and multiple deadlines, you must be organized and have excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new sales leads .
  • Pitching products and/or services .
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers .
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing .
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings .
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives .

  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays .
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.

Qualifcation and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or similar .
  • Have in-depth knowledge of high level selling techniques to include prospecting, strategic selling, presenting and closing.
  • Computer pro?ciency including Microsoft Of?ce applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Socially adept .
  • Good with numbers .
  • Strong communication and IT fluency

Adro as a high tech advertising company is looking for a full-time content specialist to increase social media engagement. Your role as the Social Media & Content Specialist is strategy, setup, execution, and ongoing optimization across a variety of channels such as search engines (Google, Yahoo) and social channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram to accomplish these goals.

This position reports directly to the Project Manager. Essential duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the mentioned

Responsibilities

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific for content release .
  • Write and create content for social media outlets • Continuously monitor online social media presence, responding to comments, questions and issues .
  • Work closely with the rest of teams

Qualifcation and skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field.
  • 1+ year(s) experience working in social or digital media.
  • Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Photoshop.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; particularly with Excel and PowerPoint.

Account Manager

Job Summery

A leading high tech advertising company seeks an experienced Account Manager to take over all customer account management responsibilities.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement.

The Account Manager, is the bridge between the client and Adro. You are responsible for ensuring that our company is meeting the client’s needs. You are also constantly solving problems, managing internal and external communications, and driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions.
  • Engage with minimum 10 customers per day via live contact and follow up with all prospects within two days.
  • Learn and recognize triggers based on customer behavior and engage with customers who request to terminate or downgrade service.
  • Ensuring company is meeting the client's needs.
  • Managing internal and external communications.
  • Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities.
  • Keep the team and the client up to date with useful knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions.
  • Work with the finance team or department to manage projects budgets and bookkeeping.
  • Take client communication briefs and, where required, support clients.
  • Be responsible for managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests

Qualifcation and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years experience in account management.
  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities.
  • Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
